Our services include, but are not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and kitchens. We retain the right to alter or discontinue any of our services at any time without prior notice.

Pricing and Payment
Our pricing structure depends on the type of service requested, the size of the space, and the frequency of the cleaning. We will provide you with the total cost before we begin any service. Payment is required at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit cards and various electronic payment methods.

Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. A cancellation fee may apply for notices given less than 24 hours in advance. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service for a potential refund or re-service.

Liability
Global Solution AU takes care to deliver high-quality services, but we are not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from the use of our services. We are also not liable for any issues arising from the use of our website or the information contained therein.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Solution AU, along with its agents, employees, and representatives, from any claims, damages, or expenses that arise from your use of our services or website.

Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We will not share your information with third parties unless required by law.

Referrals
We invest considerable effort into recruiting and vetting our cleaning professionals to ensure high standards and reliability. As part of our service agreement, you agree not to directly hire any of Global Solution AU’s providers independently. If you wish to employ any of our cleaners outside of our services, a referral fee of $2,000 is required. This fee must be paid in full immediately upon personal employment of the cleaners, regardless of whether they are used for recurring or one-time services.

Hoarding Conditions
If the state of your property is beyond what is typically covered by our standard cleaning packages, our cleaning teams may need to reassess the situation and adjust the service rates accordingly. Should our teams decide that the cleaning conditions are too challenging or choose to withdraw from the job, a $100 booking fee will be applied. This fee compensates for the costs associated with lost travel time and fuel due to the inaccurate job description.

Pets
To ensure the safety of our staff, we may need to cancel or reschedule services if we believe that unsecured pets present a risk. It is essential that all pets are secured and properly contained during our cleaning visits. Our teams are instructed to avoid entering a property if they feel that a pet could be a potential danger. Please be aware that pets might act differently in the absence of their family members. If our cleaners are unable to complete the service due to unsecured pets, a full cancellation fee may be charged.
