- Please note that the price estimate is based on common factors. Each house condition is different, so some jobs may take less time while others may take longer depending on the home’s condition.

Hourly Service
This service is ideal for a quick tidy-up around your house or focusing on specific areas. Our cleaners will work as much as possible within the allocated time. We can follow a checklist of priorities created by you or focus on areas that need attention.
Hourly Weekend Service
This service is similar to our hourly service but is available on weekends. It is suited for quick tidying or focusing on specific areas.
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning includes steam cleaning, which kills 99.99% of bacteria without harsh chemicals.
Our deep cleaning package provides a thorough cleaning from top to bottom, ideal for occasional use throughout the year. This package typically takes 2 to 10+ hours, depending on your home’s size and condition. We work in teams of 2-4 or more, and the owner will oversee the cleaning to ensure detailed attention to every aspect of your home.
Includes
- Whole-house: Wipe clean baseboards, clean windows inside only (if reachable with a 2-step stool), clean window blinds, wipe down furniture, vacuum/dust/clean blinds, vacuum upholstery and under cushions, brush off lamp shades/wipe lamp bases, dust fans and vents (if reachable with a 2-step stool), remove cobwebs (inside only), dust clean all doors both sides, and vacuum and (steam) mop floors.
- Bedroom: Dust all areas, empty trash cans, clean closet area (vacuum or sweep/mop).
- Dining Area: Dust all areas, wipe clean the table and chairs, vacuum any rugs, and steam mop hard floors.
- Kitchen: Clean microwave exterior, clean refrigerator and freezer exterior, clean oven and under-stovetop, scrub countertops and backsplash, vacuum and steam mop floors, wipe clean cabinets outside (inside not done if there are items in them).
- Bathroom: Remove mildew, soap scum, and mineral deposits, wipe clean trashcans, and wipe clean cabinet inside and out (inside not done if there are items in them).
- Living Room and Family Room: Dust all areas, clean sliding patio door, wipe clean couches or vacuum, vacuum and steam mop floors.
Standard Clean
For ongoing cleaning services, we continue with our Standard Cleaning list. You may request a Deep Clean or additional items as needed (with an extra charge based on your request). We recommend starting with a Deep Cleaning package before switching to our Standard services for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning.
Includes
- Whole-house: Vacuum carpets and rugs, mop floors, dust furniture and surfaces, dust doors, picture rail molding, and tops of baseboards, vacuum upholstery where needed, clean light switches and door knobs, clean mirrors, empty trash.
- Bedroom: Dust all areas, empty trash cans, clean closet area (vacuum or sweep/mop).
- Dining Area: Dust all areas, wipe clean the table and chairs, vacuum any rugs.
- Living Room and Family Room: Dust all areas, clean sliding patio door, wipe clean couches or vacuum.
- Kitchen: Wipe down cabinets exterior, countertops, appliances, clean microwave exterior, scrub countertops and sinks, clean sink fixtures, empty trash cans.
- Bathroom: Scrub and clean toilet, scrub clean sink, clean tub and shower, wash tile, clean glass enclosures, dust light fixtures, wipe cabinet exteriors as needed, clean counters, clean mirrors, empty trash cans.
